WHY LIVE POEM

WHY
LIVE????
Can
you give me one good reason,
Why
you like to live your life?
For
the life that I am living,
I
once
lived it with the blind!
And
as I was tripping over things that I could not see,
I
found myself lying on the ground each time!
And
when that truck did hit me,
I
flew across the entire sky!
And
when you find yourself in a hospital,
And
you have nowhere to go!
Only
waiting to days to heal yourself,
For
this is how it will all go!
And
when your find yourself in the hospital,
It
means you have broken bones!
And
the pain you will feel in all of those visits,
That
pain will never go!
So
can I ask you question,
Why
you like to live your life?
For
the life that I have experienced,
You
wished you would have died!
For
the bones that I have broken,
Many
times I wished I could die in life!
For
all the bones that I have broken,
To
this day I wished I could die!
For
all of the bones that I have broken,
They
all grew quirked back in time!
For
all the bones that I have broken,
I
can not run anymore in life!
And
all of the bones that I have broken,
It
still keeps me up at night!
For
all the bones that I have broken,
I
wish I could die tonight!
But
you never told me why you like to live,
And
why you are very happy throughout your life!
For
you can see far away into a vision,
And
you hope that one day you will not die!
And
as you see yourself far out in this distance,
You
always walk around on Cloud Nine!
And
you walk above all of the humans,
And
pretend they are not alive!
And
as a person struggles to get out of bed each morning,
They
all wanted to die that night!
For
the prayers that they do worship,
They
ask their God to kill them each night!
And
as they wake each morning that will be given,
They
will feel pain throughout their lives!
And
the older they get when they wake up each morning,
It
is harder to wake up each time!
And
when you see the old walk by you each morning,
See
how they walk each day in life!
For
the older they get the harder it is to be walking,
And
one day they will not be able to walk in life!
And
the ones who are getting older,
One
day you will walk the same way!
So
help the ones who need it,
Because
one day it may be the same way!
So
as I travel into the future,
I
always look who is in my face!
For
I see what others are doing,
And
it is a life that is taking place!
And
no one can change the future,
No
one can change the way they will live their lives!
So
let me ask you one more question before my story is over,
Why
do you like to be alive????
